🔄 Return & Refund Policy (রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা)

আমাদের লক্ষ্য হলো গ্রাহকদের সর্বোচ্চ সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করা। তাই নির্দিষ্ট শর্তে রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড সুবিধা দেওয়া হয়:

প্রোডাক্টে যদি কোনো ত্রুটি থাকে বা ভুল সাইজ/কালার পাঠানো হয়, তাহলে গ্রাহক ডেলিভারির ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন করতে পারবেন।

প্রোডাক্ট অবশ্যই অক্ষত ও ব্যবহারবিহীন থাকতে হবে।

রিটার্ন শিপিং চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে (শর্ত সাপেক্ষে)।

রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া ৫–৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন করা হবে।

At Wasmaz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer a flexible return and refund policy under the following conditions:

If the product is defective or the wrong size/color is delivered, customers can request a return within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Return shipping charges may apply (subject to conditions).

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
